Specifications of this project include:

• Install a strapped interior insulation system on the underside of the roof deck between purlins.
• Remove existing roof system down to deck.
• Install drip edge.
• Install metal valley protection at all valleys.
• Install 1″x 4″ batons.
• Install Synthetic underlayment to keep roof dry.
• Install A 24-gauge R-panel exposed fastener metal roof system using 1.5″ metal driller screws on 24″ centers. Butyl tape to be installed on all seams.
• Install gable trim.
• Install metal ridge cap.
• Install new plumbing flashings.
